Each suite at Hog Hollow Country Lodge opens onto a private balcony overlooking the Matjies River Gorge and the Tsitsikamma Mountains. Rooms are decorated with colourful fabrics and original artefacts. Amenities include a minibar, safety deposit box, and air conditioning. Turndown service delivers chocolates and a storybook each night.

Dinner features seafood and lamb curry; guests pre-order before 6 pm. The bar offers wine, champagne, and cocktails. Meals are served on the outdoor deck with views of the valley.

The outdoor swimming pool has a view of the forest and is surrounded by sun loungers. A sauna is available. Massage services include head, neck, and back treatments - Josephine is often recommended by guests. Hiking trails start from the lodge. Board games and an indoor play area keep children busy.
Location and Access
The lodge sits on the edge of the Matjies River Gorge, surrounded by forest and the Tsitsikamma Mountains. It is a 10-minute drive from Keurbooms Beach, 20 minutes from Nature's Valley, and 18 km from Plettenberg Bay. Monkeyland, Birds of Eden, and the Elephant Sanctuary are within walking distance. Free parking and accessible parking are available. A car is recommended because the lodge is remote.
